When something is not right, alerts pop up, letting us know it needs to be fixed. Once we are alerted, we send out what is called an "agent procedure" that normally fixes these types of issues right away.
Remote Fixes
If the "agent procedure" is unable to fix the issue, we will contact you and set up a time to fix your computer remotely. Our remote support/remote repair can only be done with you present to allow us to remote in to your computer. (Slow internet speeds may have a slight affect on how quickly we are able to work.)
Once you are there with us, all you have to do is sit back, relax and watch as our tech fixes your computer reliability issue.
If on the off chance we can not repair it with remote connection, we offer an in-store labor discount- other companies don't. If you live out of the area, we'll find a reputable dealer for you to take it to and get you the very best price possible.

We believe in monitoring the monitors, that's why we give you a health summary report of your computer each month.
This health summary includes a rundown of your computer's system health, in which your pc is graded on the issues that typically make a computer slow. It includes all of the aspects that our computer maintenance software diagnoses and repairs.
The grade will often change each month depending on when updates are installed in relation to when the summary comes out.
